Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in coordination with the supervisor and assist in implementing all engagement initiatives across employees at the Commercial function
∎ Coordinate with Unit heads across Commercial functions to drive the initiatives related to performance management
∎ Assist to implement global strategies and HR initiatives in line with local Centre/Functional needs;
∎ Educate/ train respective stakeholders regarding the long-term plans by working with them to gain additional support and leverage
∎ Assist in providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, career development) to ensure a high-performance culture
∎ Assist and support the HRBP to manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally by building strong business relationships with the assigned departments
∎ Assist HRBP to design succession plans for key talents and key job positions for Commercial functions along with Talent Development Team
∎ Assist HRBP in facilitating external/internal recruitment & placement processes
∎ Analyze raw data and different reports (Exit Data, Overtime data) to find the variation of elements
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-6 years of related experience
∎ Sound Computer literacy and experience with HRIS
∎ Thorough Knowledge on employment and local labor laws
∎ Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
∎ Ability to review and analyze numerical/statistical data
∎ Good industry knowledge & market dynamics
