Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR professional to join our team as Assistant/ Deputy Manager – Human Resources. This will be a mid-level managerial position. This role requires driving our people management strategy, building & maintaining a culture of transparency & integrity, and ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong grasp of recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning, and will report to the Head of Human Resources / Director.
Job Details:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead the overall recruitment process for the whole organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop employee pipelines.
- Ensure inclusive and transparent hiring practices aligned with organizational values.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement employee engagement strategies
- Organize internal events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
Performance Management
- Design & implementation of PMP.
- Oversee the performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
- Analyze performance data to identify talents and appraise them.
Strategic HR Planning
- Contribute to the development of HR policies, frameworks, and long-term workforce strategies.
- Support organizational change initiatives
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate capacity-building initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of learning programs and suggest improvements
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support internal reporting.
