Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ PGDHRM (BIM), PGD Compliance
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Communication, Integrity, Learning Attitude, Positive attitude, Proactive, Team player

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to look after all welfare matters.
∎ Arrange routine welfare and committee meetings.
∎ Counsel the workers on general issues like company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and discipline.
∎ Counsel the absentee workers as referred by the HR department, in view to reduce absenteeism and turn-over.
∎ Counsel the workers who seem inefficient and efficient workers are lagging behind efficient as referred by factory production management.
∎ Find aggrieved workers and counsel them in view to resolved their grievance related to their ages-allowance-benefits and facilities.
∎ Counsel the workers on disciplinary issues.
∎ Counsel the workers on safety-health & hygiene issues.
∎ Make workers aware in relation to their rights and privilege, employment rules, terms, and conditions.
∎ Maintain all training related register and documents.
∎ Encourage workers to put up their grievance freely.
∎ Aware of the workers of their legal rights and other privileges.
∎ Ensure that sick and ill workers receive proper medical care especially women on maternity issue.
∎ Maintain close coordination with the compliance department.
∎ Child care and dining/canteen room monitoring and follow-up.
∎ Develop & conduct new employees' orientation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in well known and renowned factory
∎ Sound knowledge on BLA & BLR
∎ Expert in MS office
