Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Mobile Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working as Assistant to the Chief Business Officer of the Operation.
∎ Carry out day to day jobs at CBO’s desk maintaining proper confidentiality.
∎ Analyzing reports and data, gathering information and sharing to CBO for decision making.
∎ Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
∎ Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, with different stakeholders and take notes at meetings and provide general assistance.
∎ Prepare correspondence, business reports and presentations as required. Drafting letters, proposals for CBO both in Bangla and English as needed.
∎ Set up and maintain files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference.
∎ Meeting and greeting Official visitors at all levels from home and abroad.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bengali
∎ Expert in MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation)
∎ Should have very good interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
∎ Should be dynamic and creative thinking
∎ Dynamic, proactive, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
