Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with various development agencies of different sectors in Rohingya camps to identify the volunteer needs.
∎ Advertise Rohingya volunteer availabilities among different implementing agencies of development projects in Rohingya camps.
∎ Liaising with organizations needing volunteers.
∎ Successfully engage/place trained youth as volunteers in various development agencies in Rohingya camps.
∎ Maintaining records of the skilled/trained Rohingya youths from the project that would be placed as volunteers with development agencies. .
∎ Providing feed back to the skill development program about needs of the volunteer wage employment market within the camps.
∎ Supporting the work of trained Rohingya youths as volunteers with other organizations.
∎ Work closely and corporately with other colleagues in identify potential youths for skill training so that they can become skilled on certain trade to serve as volunteers.
∎ Keep coordination with other service provider and CIC office
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor/management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the Programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge on coordination, monitoring, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding.
∎ Knowledge on people management.
∎ Time management skills
∎ Communication skills
∎ The ability to manage budgets and projects
∎ Sensitivity and discretion with personal information
∎ IT skills, including social media.
∎ Organizational skills.
