∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to beneficiary’s identification, selection and registration processes timely, transparently in accordance with the program guidelines related to cash assistance support.
∎ Prepare and share beneficiary list and registration form and share it with sector management.
∎ Support developing timely distribution plan and organize the disbursement.
∎ Participate in various field assessments and surveys including needs assessment, baseline surveys, and post distribution surveys.
∎ Regularly monitor program activities progress against program work plan promptly identifying any current or potential delays and provide timely inputs and feedback to the Management.
∎ Establish and maintain transparent, functional and respectful relationships with target communities, local representatives and partners to ensure the program is well understood and expectations are in line with the program objectives.
∎ Collaboration and coordination with the project support services such for ensuring smooth support of project activities.
∎ Prepare project report as required and coordinate with the project stakeholders for successful implementation of the project activities.
∎ Attend Meeting, provide necessary report and monitoring the field staff
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
