Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Marketing, Political Science, Sociology, Social work or any other relevant field from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Women market manager runs the day-to-day implementation and improvement of the marketing strategies of the project.
∎ Develop effective marketing strategy for the Project in line with organization objectives.
∎ Survey and analyses market trends, demographics and other information that affects marketing strategies.
∎ Supervise and monitoring the FDMN Market, Market shop owner and short out their daily basis need & provide proper solution.
∎ Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities.
∎ Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities.
∎ Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals.
∎ Documentation of daily basis market sales, women market information and Analysis.
∎ Create model shop in the market, make product & participate in different exhibition.
∎ Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the Project presence.
∎ Conduct market survey to identify livelihood opportunities for promotion and growth for the FDMN.
∎ Ensure market beneficiary data base (Floating and Permanent), daily attendance in the market and as a safe place for women.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge on livelihood component, emergency response in working in complex, protracted emergences in a challenging work environment.
∎ Ability to work independently and take initiative.
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system.
∎ Teamwork spirit and community mobilization skills.
∎ Good conceptual understanding on PR, recordkeeping, production and product management.
∎ Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team in a cross-culture setting.
∎ Well- develop written and oral communication in English.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Computer proficiency specially Excel, Photoshop, PowerPoint .
∎ Capable to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with Rohingya Community.
∎ Ability to good collaboration with stakeholders.
