Job Context
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Project Coordinator with 6-8 years of proven experience in civil construction, particularly in RCC projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing and coordinating diverse construction activities.
Responsibilities:
Project management, Project costing, Material management, Planning & progress monitoring, Sub-contractor dealing, overall supervision, liaison and preparing bills.
Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently who are subordinate.
Ensure the project is being delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions.
Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
Budget preparation and follow up for modification work as per management decision.
Checking bill for all work in site.
Co-ordinate and monitor daily all project work
Ensure all casting schedule, related equipment and vehicles so that the operation can run properly.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security in the project area.
Quality control of construction material ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.
Able to maintain MB book & prepare the bill of done quantity.
Maintaining all project documentation. & completing projects within budget and timeline.
Preparation/Verify of MPR, MRR etc.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Project, MS Office Software
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
