Education:

• Masters degree in any discipline

• Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.

• Age At most 45 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 2 years experience in the NGO sector (Experience in Drug Treatment/HIV Prevention or other health-related field/Universal Treatment (UTC) Curriculum) is preferable;
• Basic computer literacy;
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability, strong communication, report writing, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• Proficient in English (oral and written).

Job Context:

Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer, and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of the entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. The Health Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 8 institutions and 14 projects. DAM Health Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Center Manager for "Ahsania Hena Ahmed Monojatno Kendra" at Munshiganj.

Job Responsibility:       

• The primary role of a manager is to ensure the daily functioning as well as monitoring daily center activities and providing feedback for improvement of the drug treatment center;       

• Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the drug treatment center;       

• Maintain overall center responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations and insert as applicable following the organization’s policy and drug treatment center guidelines;      

• Manage the smooth running of the team;       

• Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the center;       

• Planning for marketing and campaigns to enhance the services;       

• Arrange different types of relevant meetings, training, and workshops for staff/non-technical staff following the organization`s policies, procedures and drug treatment center guidelines;       

• Prepare different reports for Senior Management, DNC and explain variances on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;       

• Maintain functional networking and liaison with the local stakeholders;       

• Maintain and improve mechanisms for center activities, including surveying and measuring the operations, process, outcomes, and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities·       

• Maintain effective communication with Senior Management of the Health Sector for any kind of significant information;       

• Maintain quality service by following organization standards;       

• Perform any other tasks from time to time given by the authority.
