  • At least 2/3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the ICT or education sector.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.



Responsibilities & Context:

TEAM/PROGRAMME : SDA-Digital skills program

LOCATION : SDA Dhaka Office

POST TYPE : 100% (Project Base/ Contractual

SCOPE OF ROLE:

  • Reports to: Program Manager-SDA
  • Dimensions: Field visit required

ROLE PURPOSE:

  • The Project Coordinator (PC) will have overall operational and management responsibility in achieving the goal and objectives of Digital Skills Program. S/he will consult with the Program Manager of the organization. The PC will manage the activities of all program/components and guide all the project staffs to execute their respective responsibilities. S/he will work closely with stakeholders across the working area for smooth operation and ownership building of project activities. S/he will have to build and keep collaboration & networking with relevant Government department. The position will be responsible for exploring opportunities to create innovations in project implementation. S/he will be responsible for ensuring required Financial, Administrative and logistics support to implement the project activities smoothly and to achieve the goals and objectives of the project.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Coordinate project staff and manage project budget.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.
  • Ensure project outputs are of high quality and delivered on time.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
