Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts management with local, national, or community-based organizations.
Strong understanding of financial compliance, budgeting, reporting, and donor requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.

Project Title: Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership (RWVL) Bangladesh
Project Duration: Contractual (5 years)
Job Description:
Maintain cashbooks, ledgers, vouchers, staff advances, and petty cash with proper supporting documents.
Ensure all expenditures comply with donor agreements and internal organizational policies.
Ensure VAT/Tax compliance as per government rules.
Maintain necessary financial registers and records.
Prepare project and periodic budgets and monitor expenditure rates with variance analysis.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements, call-forward statements, and advance lists.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as per donor requirements.
Meet all internal and external audit requirements.
Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, fixed asset register, and stock register.
Support the procurement committee to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Organize logistical arrangements including travel, accommodation, workshops, and trainings.
Ensure smooth daily operational and administrative functions of the office.
Maintain staff contracts, timesheets, leave records, personnel files, and attendance records.
Ensure compliance with gender equality, child protection, and PSEAH policies.
Conduct financial monitoring visits and spot checks in project areas when required.
Provide financial training and guidance to CBOs, women’s groups, and beneficiaries under inclusive economic empowerment and entrepreneurship (iEEE) interventions.
Support CBOs and women’s groups in maintaining financial documents and bookkeeping.
Prepare accurate financial reports for iEEE interventions and fund disbursement tracking.
Perform any other accounts and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Gross Monthly Salary: BDT 28,000/-
Annual salary increment of 5%
