Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or any other relevant discipline.

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in project implementation with local, national, or community-based organizations.

  • Sound understanding of gender equality, women’s rights, GBV, SRHR, and inclusive economic empowerment.

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English (both written and spoken).

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing contexts.

  • Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and human rights principles.

Responsibilities & Context:

Project Title: Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership (RWVL) Bangladesh

Project Duration: Contractual (5 years)

Job Description:

  • Support overall implementation of the RWVL project in line with approved plans and donor requirements.

  • Prepare detailed activity plans and ensure timely execution of training sessions, workshops, campaigns, and advocacy initiatives.

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities at national and grassroots levels.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, trainings, events, and movement-building initiatives.

  • Collaborate with government agencies, CSOs, WROs, community groups, and local authorities.

  • Facilitate Circle meetings, trainings, and workshops with beneficiaries and entrepreneur groups.

  • Provide technical guidance to Community Mobilizers and front-line staff.

  • Support baseline, midline, and end-line surveys and ensure proper documentation of beneficiary data.

  • Track gender-specific indicators and collect disaggregated data.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly progress reports in English.

  • Develop case studies, success stories, and learning documentation.

  • Create and implement gender equality campaign content and advocacy materials.

  • Ensure safeguarding, gender sensitivity, and inclusion across all project activities.

  • Report safeguarding concerns in accordance with organizational policies.

  • Maintain organized project files and documentation (hard and soft copy).

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.



Job Other Benifits:
    • Gross Monthly Salary: BDT 28,000/-

    • Annual salary increment of 5% based on performance.
