Experience:
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 5–6 years of direct experience managing projects focused on women’s rights, gender equality, and women’s empowerment.
Experience working with local, national, or community-based organizations (CBOs).
Proven expertise in project planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Sound understanding of feminist governance, gender equality, and human rights-based approaches.
Proficiency in Bangla and English typing with advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Project Title: Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership (RWVL) Bangladesh
Project Duration: Contractual (5 years)
Job Description:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets incorporating feminist principles and gender-transformative approaches.
Ensure timely and quality implementation of project activities in line with approved work plans and donor requirements.
Monitor program progress and budget utilization to achieve intended outputs and outcomes.
Maintain regular communication with the donor and ensure necessary correspondence and reporting.
Prepare quarterly and annual narrative and financial reports in English.
Document project learning and preserve documentation for institutional knowledge.
Act as liaison between the organization, donors, government agencies, private sector actors, and beneficiaries.
Represent the organization in forums, networks, and government meetings.
Build collaboration with service providers to facilitate access to services for beneficiaries.
Lead, supervise, and mentor program staff and field teams.
Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions on women’s human rights and gender equality.
Oversee monitoring and evaluation processes, including KPI tracking and impact assessments.
Conduct regular field visits and stakeholder consultations for process monitoring.
Prepare and present reports to management, NGOAB, and local administration.
Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead implementation of advocacy strategies and promote feminist governance and leadership.
Support proposal development and identify new funding opportunities.
Ensure efficient and effective use of program resources.
Perform any other assignment given by the supervisor or organization.
Gross Monthly Salary: BDT 40,000/-
Annual salary increment of 5% based on performance.
