REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in PHP-based web development.
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar) will be an added advantage.
Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integration.
Basic knowledge of version control tools (Git).
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

ROLE PURPOSE:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Web Developer (PHP) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our organization’s web-based platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic work environment.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Develop, update, and maintain web-based applications using PHP.
Manage front-end and back-end development tasks.
Write clean, well-structured, and secure code.
Maintain and optimize the performance of existing websites or platforms.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement new features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
Manage database operations (MySQL or similar).
Maintain documentation related to system development and updates.
