REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in PHP-based web development.

• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

• Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar) will be an added advantage.

• Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integration.

• Basic knowledge of version control tools (Git).

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

• Reports to: Program Coordinator

• Dimensions: Field visit required

ROLE PURPOSE:

• We are looking for a motivated and skilled Web Developer (PHP) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our organization’s web-based platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic work environment.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Develop, update, and maintain web-based applications using PHP.

• Manage front-end and back-end development tasks.

• Write clean, well-structured, and secure code.

• Maintain and optimize the performance of existing websites or platforms.

• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement new features.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.

• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

• Manage database operations (MySQL or similar).

• Maintain documentation related to system development and updates.
