Experience:

Minimum 5–6 years of direct, hands-on experience managing projects focused on women’s rights, gender equality, and women’s empowerment.
Experience working with local, national, or community-based organizations (CBOs).
Proven expertise in project planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Sound understanding of feminist governance, gender equality, and rights-based approaches.
Proficiency in Bangla and English typing with advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Project Title: Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership (RWVL) Bangladesh
Project Duration: Contractual (5 years)
Job Description:
Develop detailed project implementation plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with the Outcome-Based Result Framework and Advocacy Plan.
Lead day-to-day implementation of all approved activities under the three pillars, ensuring timely delivery of outputs and outcomes using a feminist and rights-based approach.
Ensure effective execution of workshops, trainings, consultations, campaigns, studies, and policy dialogues.
Ensure full compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies.
Maintain regular communication with the donor and complete necessary correspondence.
Prepare and submit quarterly and annual narrative and financial reports in English.
Document project learning and maintain proper records for institutional knowledge and future use.
Coordinate regularly with MJF for technical inputs, validation of tools, training modules, research design, and advocacy materials.
Incorporate technical feedback into implementation and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Ensure strong engagement with Women’s Alliance, Women Forums, and member organizations for smooth implementation of collective advocacy initiatives.
Build and maintain collaboration with government agencies, service providers, civil society actors, and media.
Represent CWCS in relevant forums, consultations, and coordination meetings at local and national levels.
Supervise and mentor program staff and field teams to ensure quality implementation.
Facilitate internal knowledge-sharing sessions and coordinate capacity-building initiatives for Alliance members and stakeholders.
Oversee monitoring of project progress against KPIs and ensure quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Conduct regular field visits and stakeholder consultations for process monitoring.
Support baseline, midline, endline studies, and vulnerability research in coordination with MJF.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies through adaptive planning.
Operationalize and implement the Advocacy Plan through policy dialogues, roundtables, media engagement, and national campaigns.
Promote feminist leadership, gender-responsive migration governance, and rights-based advocacy at community and institutional levels.
Ensure effective and efficient utilization of project resources in line with approved budgets.
Support financial documentation, compliance, and audit requirements.
Contribute to proposal development and identification of potential funding opportunities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or organization relevant to project objectives.
Gross Monthly Salary: BDT 40,000/-
Annual salary increment of 5%
Two festival bonuses
