CLEAN is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Coordinator to lead our community-based initiatives. This role requires extensive field presence and expertise in mobilizing local communities, particularly in the energy and solar sectors.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Lead and coordinate project activities with a focus on community organizing and sustainable energy (Solar/Renewable Energy).

• Field Leadership: Spend at least 70% of the time (approx. 3-4 days a week) in the field/outdoors for project monitoring and community engagement.

• Organization Building: Build and strengthen community-level organizations/groups at the grassroots level.

• Partner & Team Management: Manage partnerships effectively and lead the internal team to achieve project goals.

• Capacity Building: Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for stakeholders and community members.

• Documentation: Prepare high-quality reports and documentaries (case studies/process documentation) of project activities.

• Company & Operational Management: Assist in overall project management and administrative coordination.
