Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Social Science
• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Development Studies
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Education, or other relevant disciplines.

• 2 to 3 years

• At least 2–3 years of experience in field-based project implementation, preferably in child rights, gender, or community development.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to work with diverse communities.
• Ability to travel frequently within the project area.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) and field reporting ability.

Project Title: “Strengthening Community and Institutional Response to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation”

Project Duration: 2 Years

Job Description:

• Implement project activities at the community level in line with the project plan.
• Facilitate awareness sessions, meetings, and workshops with children, parents, teachers, and community members.
• Support the identification of child protection issues and refer cases to appropriate services or authorities.
• Collect field data, prepare reports, and share progress updates with the Programme Coordinator.
• Maintain regular communication with local government institutions, schools, and community stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing campaigns, training programs, and advocacy initiatives related to child protection and gender-based violence.
• Monitor project activities to ensure community participation and inclusion.
• Maintain all necessary records, attendance sheets, and documentation of field-level interventions.
• Ensure gender-sensitive and child-friendly approaches in all activities.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the management for effective project implementation.

Two festival bonuses (each equivalent to half of one month`s salary). One day weekly holiday.
