Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Masters

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines.
• Having a post-graduate degree will be considered an advantage.

• 3 to 5 years

• 3–5 years of working experience in the relevant field.

Project Title: “Strengthening Community and Institutional Response to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation”

Project Duration: 2 Years

Job Description:

• Administer all accounting functions for acquisition and integration of processes.
• Maintain, arrange, and verify all bills and vouchers.
• Maintain Cash Book, Ledger Book, Assets Register, Advance Register, and conduct physical verification of assets along with other registers.
• Perform all accounts-related activities.
• Ensure all financial transactions with proper documentation.
• Prepare financial documents for auditing and reporting.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to the Finance Coordinator and funder in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in financial audits.
• Prepare regular financial reports.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Carry out any other assignments requested by the Management Officials.
• Maintain proper financial documentation both in hard and soft copy.
• Ensure the security of confidential documents, as required.

Two festival bonuses (each equivalent to half of one month`s salary). One day weekly holiday.
