    • Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies
    • Master of Social Science (MSS) in Gender Studies
  • Minimum Master’s degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Gender Studies, or other relevant disciplines

Additional Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, implementation, and management (preferably in child rights, gender-based violence, or community development projects).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Experience in reporting, monitoring, and partnership coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and report writing in English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:

Project Title: “Strengthening Community and Institutional Response to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation”

Project Duration: 2 Years

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and oversee the overall implementation of project activities at the field level.
  • Ensure effective planning, monitoring, and timely execution of project goals and deliverables.
  • Supervise and support project staff to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Maintain close coordination and communication with government departments, local administration, community leaders, and partner organizations.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and provide technical guidance to the project team.
  • Prepare project progress reports, meeting minutes, and documentation as required.
  • Prepare and update monthly work plans to ensure timely implementation of project activities and achievement of project goals.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and community awareness events as project activities.
  • Ensure gender-sensitive and child-friendly approaches in all project interventions.
  • Manage project budget, ensure proper use of resources, and support financial documentation in collaboration with the Finance Officer.
  • Identify challenges and recommend strategies for effective implementation.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management to ensure project success.


Job Other Benifits:
    Two festival bonuses (each equivalent to half of one month`s salary). One day weekly holiday.
