Working experience in NGO especially in the field of Microfinance Program (MFP) will get preference;
Expert on Computer literacy (Microsoft Office package especially Power point presentation);

Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
Candidates with special course on training will get preference.
Christian Service Society (CSS) is a renowned national NGO with 2,100 employees. We are currently looking for an experienced "Training-Officer" who will be assisting Coordinator-Training to identify training needs of the staffs and prepare training calendar, training budget & develop training plans for individuals and teams. S/he is responsible for designing and conducting different training programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) of CSS staffs (core and projects);
Assist in preparing yearly training calendar, training budget & rolling, training venue management, logistical support;
Conduct training program including pre-training, and post-training evaluation;
Prepare the summary report on the basis of pre & post-assessment tests of the training;
Monitor & facilitate `Orientation` sessions and arrange on-the-job training as well as off-the-job training;
Assist in preparing training modules especially on Microfinance Program (MFP);
Measure employees job satisfaction periodically;
Initiate different employee engagement programs to create an inspiring work environment;
Maintain database for employee training and assist in preparing reports to ensure ROTI (Return on Training Investment);
Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ respective Director.
