Experience:
A minimum of 4 years’ working experience in Sponsorship program, especially on humanitarian/charity fund and/or working on Communication or related areas with NGOs/INGOs.
Knowledge of integrated development approaches, particularly in areas like education, healthcare, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and livelihood support.
Language:
Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language, both written and oral.
Other Skills and Knowledge:

It offers sponsorship programs for disadvantaged children, including education, meals, and health services.
Position Overview:
The Sponsorship and Communications Officer supports the sponsorship unit by implementing field-level operations in line with Muslim Hands International’s policies. They develop communication strategies, create publicity materials, manage inquiries, and coordinate events. The officer also supports thematic program implementation and works under the supervision of the Programme Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Sponsorship:
Identify Registered Beneficiaries (RB) in MHIBD areas and support supervisors with accurate data preparation.
Ensure timely submission of RB correspondence and collection of stories, reports, case studies and annual updates.
Distribute reports promptly and prepare festival greetings, PRs, case studies, success stories and feedback reports.
Support monthly and annual narrative/statistical reporting and provide beneficiary information as needed.
Assist in developing project documents (PP, MoU, MoA, CP/CN) and collaborate with partners on project development, implementation, programmatic and financial monitoring, and evaluation.
Manage sponsorship data, ensure proper use of information systems and maintain accurate documentation.
Respond to child protection concerns, support safeguarding mechanisms, ensure SOP/MoV compliance and monitor child safety and project activities.
Maintain secure filing systems and all sponsorship records.
Support other program tasks as assigned.
Communication:
Design and implement audience-focused communication strategies.
Lead media outreach, manage press engagements and respond effectively to inquiries.
Oversee production of communication materials including audiovisual content, publications, press releases, website material, annual reports, speeches and promotional items.
Manage public information resources and ensure accessible networks.
Build media and stakeholder relationships, support brand-building activities and organize promotional events.
Develop social media plans, produce content, and manage all platforms.
Track media coverage, compile analytics, handle communication-related disputes and report issues to the supervisor.
