- Age At most 40 years
- Experience to conduct health and family planning related training specially IUD/Implant, on-site coaching/orientation to improve quality of service provider will be preferable.
- Skills in designing and developing training curricula on various health and family planning topics will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, along with excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in both Bangla and English.Strong command of MS Office Applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
The Executive, Training will work in the SMC training pool and will be responsible for capacity development of SMC`s private sector network providers through skill-based training on modern methods of family planning including implant and Intra-uterine contraceptive device, maternal & child health, nutrition, tuberculosis and non-communicable diseases.
S/he will assist the supervisor in designing and developing training curricular on various health and family planning-related topics.
S/he will ensure adherence to the latest clinical guidelines and standards across all technical areas.
S/he will assess further training needs and provide on-site coaching as required.
S/he will maintain effective coordination with public, private, and NGO sectors.
S/he will be required to travel extensively (at least 75% of the time) to organize training events outside the base station.
