Educational Requirements:
∎ S.S.C/ H.S.C
∎ Education Qualification will be considered for experienced candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage daily schedules, Machine operator shifts and time-off requests.
∎ Assign duties to operators shift and oversee the progress.
∎ Confirm shift wise production and quality target goals are met.
∎ Capable to maintain /achieve 100% production with quality norms.
∎ Keeping downtime to a minimum range.
∎ Proficient in threading in short time.
∎ Wastage control is a must.
∎ Ensure floor & machine cleaning always and proper maintenance of all machines by maintenance department when required.
∎ Must have knowledge on textile grade PET Chips.
∎ Must have a clear understanding of humidity and oil free air.
∎ Have clear idea about chips dryer, spinning & take-up process parameter.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision and handling multifunctioning activities.
∎ Should be self-driven, hardworking, result-oriented & high level of professional integrity.
∎ Able to read & write Bengali & English
∎ Have to work on shift basis (2 shifts) per day.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the job within a preset time-frame.
∎ 3 to 5 years practical experience in the similar field.
∎ (Take-up & Spinning, Chips Dryer in POY & FDY plant.)
Salary: Negotiable
