  • Basic knowledge in Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be added advantage

  • Willing to travel outside of Dhaka as per business requirement



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop or assist developing a company-wide training calendar; track required initial and refresher training schedules

  • Organize and coordinate training sessions; reserve space for training, ensure the availability and proper operation of audiovisual equipment and logistics, distribute materials such as handouts and quizzes, and handle other similar details and tasks

  • Produce training materials for in-house courses

  • Analyze feedback from employees regarding different training programs to identify areas for improvement

  • Stay up to date on learning trends in the industry and recommend new training programs and learning management systems (LMS)

  • Work closely with and influence senior leaders and stakeholders

  • Prepare and deliver training reports regularly

  • Maintain records of training attendance

  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist with documentations, and others as required

  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation

  • Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

  • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
