Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate with different functions to gather data, maintain and update databases

  • Collect all the required documents of new joiners to maintain personal files

  • Create New personal files of new joiners and input the data into HRMS software

  • Process and organize documentation, and update the files in EDMS software

  • Analyze data and prepare progress reports as needed

  • Assist in arranging employee engagement programs and other activities of the department
