∎ The candidate should be technically sound in the Garment manufacturing process, market survey and negotiation.
∎ Good Knowledge in costing and product development.
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring and sourcing complete sample, lab dips, accessories, trims from home & abroad and communicate with various suppliers to get the current price
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc
∎ Monitoring for individual orders from beginning to shipment and ensuring orders are delivered on time with quality
∎ Follow-up production as per approved T & A
∎ Maintain style-wise data and requirement sheet
∎ Monitor and follow up on daily production activities as per production
∎ Follow up & Coordination with the Production, Quality, and Commercial Department.
∎ Maintain required database and prepare required reports and presentations.
∎ Perform all other jobs assigned by the Line Manager/Department Head.
