∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities among team members
∎ • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
∎ • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
∎ • Visiting travel agency to generate sales
∎ • Meet the sales target within the time frame
∎ • Continual training and development of all members of the sales team of the station.
∎ • Meetings with members of the sales team to discuss to boost sales within the station.
∎ • Assist and report to Head of Marketing & Sales for overall company’s Sales & Marketing related matters.
∎ • Perform all the duties and responsibilities related to Sales & Marketing of the station
∎ • Maintain Good Relationship with Top Agents.
∎ • Competitor Airlines Fare, Route, Flight Load Analysis & Taking actions accordingly.
∎ • Prepare sales and expanse budget, exercise control over sale team and monitor their activities at all times at the respective station.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
