Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Most preferable mechanical Engineer/Business Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: Automobile Engineering, Driver Management, Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Transport Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth delivery for 24x7 with team work.
∎ Responsible for Transport, Distribution, Dispatch and Automobile Maintenance
∎ Plan for delivery according to the demand of internal factory transport and arrange delivery.
∎ Arrange trips on idle time from factory demand for transport.
∎ Ensure on time distribution of the product to the right destination along with maintaining the quality of the products
∎ Deliver products according to sales order and prepare receipt for payments/delivery (challan) as par order requisitions.
∎ Coordination with field sales for delivery & Service purpose.
∎ Maintain record
∎ Ensure implementation of strategic business objectives, strategies and plans in support of the company's strategic goals.
∎ Ensure the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
∎ Follow-up complaints from internal factory & external customers and take initiative to resolve with team.
∎ Monitor operations at the company truck terminals, ensuring workload is completed as par factory/customer expectations: efficiently, safely, and compliant with all applicable regulations.
∎ Periodically train and counsel the driver and helper about road safety rules and regulations, discipline, performance management.
∎ Prepare and present the report on the fuel consumption/maintenance costs, accident report.
∎ Coordinate and inspect the complete documentation including drivers and vehicle licenses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leading Teams/Team Management, Efficiency Management, Lean Management.
∎ The applicant must have the mentality to work at field (worker) level.
∎ Able to work in MS Office especially MS excel worksheet.
∎ Good knowledge & substantial working experience in the relevant field.
