Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Reporting project progress to Factory Head
∎ Responsible for Production, operation & to provide production planning, quality assurance and co-ordination of maintenance activities to minimize down time of the system.
∎ Solve overall SAP (PP) related all problem.
∎ Co-Ordinate & supervise with all of the related staff.
∎ Prepare daily production, Floor stock & wastage report.
∎ Prepare monthly production, delivery & Inventory report.
∎ Control manpower & Wastage as cost effective management.
∎ Observation of raw material stock position and finish goods.
∎ Have to prepare & maintain duty schedule of production related person & making good relation with everybody.
∎ Evaluate the raw material inventory & forecast the 3 month plan for Raw material consumption.
∎ Arranging/organizing training of Operators to improve Technical skill.
∎ Regular and periodical reports are submitted to Factory head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Speaking and Writing ability in English.
∎ Knowledge of project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc..
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Deadline-driven.
∎ Organized and focused.
∎ Must be well Communication.
∎ Computer literacy is must
