∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To know overall production process on 1-ply and 2-ply bag.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of resources i.e. materials, labor, equipment to meet production targets and objectives
∎ Overall responsibility to production operation & provide to production planning, quality assurance and co-ordination of maintenance activities to minimize down time of the system.
∎ Co-Ordinate & supervise with all of related staff.
∎ Production cost reduction.
∎ Resolve production operational issues by providing technical expertise and insights to the team.
∎ Drive and implements inventory control and cost savings initiatives within the department to achieve overall cost savings target for the organization.
∎ Prepare daily production, floor stock & wastage report.
∎ Control manpower & wastage as cost effective management.
∎ Application of core industrial engineering concepts to cement bag manufacturing processes.
∎ Responsible for safe delivery of project to schedule & cost.
∎ Plant reliability & ensure the smooth production.
