Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leads production department to efficiently manufacture targeted number of products maintain with safety, environmental and quality objectives and ensures practices are in alignment with company goal.
∎ Establishes production goals based on past performance and bag production and maintenance forecasts.
∎ Identify root cause of performance gaps and take corrective/preventive action to improve production performance and plant availability in coordination.
∎ Responsible for quality cement bag production with minimum cost.
∎ Ensure proper execution of production planning in order to achieve maximum production and utilization of plant, machineries and resources.
∎ Monitor all cost and budget related financial tools and control mechanisms are in all operations in order to achieve a financially sound and stable process.
∎ Manage the plant's production and Maintenance function and ensure the cement bag production with target of the required quantity by maintain quality.
∎ Work closely with maintenance (Electrical and Mechanical), quality and production teams to provide leadership, guidance, and direction for plant operations to ensure alignment to plant and company goals.
∎ Direct the effective and efficient use of plant production equipment and people so that ensure high levels of equipment performance and optimum operation cost.
∎ Provide leadership to department employees by directing, coaching, supporting and delegating as the situation requires.
∎ Ensure the integrity of the process material balance including additives and consumables, while economizing electricity consumption.
∎ Assist plant management in anticipating future needs of the plant including input into improvement plans.
∎ Establishing and setting of annual department and personal objectives for self and all Production staff that are aligned with the plant and organization goals and objectives.
∎ Additional major functions include: planning, annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, reporting of department's effectiveness, safeguarding assets & environment compliance.
∎ Identify and analyses data, indicators and trends of the production process, provided by digital control system in order to implement preventive and/ or corrective action to improve the equipment performance as well as production quality by maintain production effect.
∎ Manage and control/regulate of power consumption for production.
∎ Ensure the integrity of the process material balance including additives and consumables.
∎ Monitors the production process on a regular basis to ensure that production standards (OEE) are maintained and takes corrective action as necessary when deficiencies are noted in rate or reliability.
∎ Target for Zero accidents and injuries.
∎ Production costs equal or below budget.
∎ Procurement and inventory tracking of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Highly motivated and effective use of workforce.
∎ Create positive work environment.
∎ Operational planning to achieve energy demand for expected production rate.
∎ Monitoring of key performance indicators and conduct gap analysis and define action plan accordingly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08-12 years' experience in Operation & Maintenance
∎ Working in a Polymer Bagging Plant as a similar position will get an extra advantage
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Must be willing to work in a team environment
∎ Must be willing to work under pressure
∎ Report writing, Presentation & Interpersonal skill
