∎ Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and document business processes and workflows for ERP use.
∎ Train ERP users and ensure consistent adoption across all teams.
∎ Monitor daily data input and ensure compliance with established SOPs.
∎ Follow up with concerned teams to resolve input errors or delays.
∎ Check data hygiene and validate accuracy.
∎ Create and maintain advanced Excel dashboards for data insights.
∎ Generate actionable reports and insights to support decision-making.
∎ Gathering relevant data from operations to ensure comprehensive data sets are available for analysis.
∎ Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to management.
∎ Utilize MIS tools to enhance report generation, ensure data accuracy, and optimize analysis processes.
∎ We are looking for an Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager (MIS) at Akij Textile Mills Ltd. a concern of Akij INSAF, who must have worked experience in the field of Spinning Division (MIS). Responsibilities as follows:
