Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
∎ Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
∎ Maintain inventory, carry out quality control checks and to count and updating in database.
∎ Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ Ensure staff maintains a level of professionalism, competency and motivation through the direction of selection, development and ongoing evaluations
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Work closely with the Transportation Vendor to ensure the highest level of efficiency within the overall operation.
∎ Ensure trucks are loaded properly on accurate and timely basis by overseeing workload scheduling and delivery of product in the warehouse.
∎ Be aware of and to follow all safety guidelines and SOPs.
∎ Ensure accuracy in all paperwork and delivery quantities. Responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork and the provision of other information as requested
∎ Deal effectively and efficiently with queries and correspondence.
∎ Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Perform any other tasks appropriate to this position and guided by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in GMP, GWP
∎ Knowledge in Microsoft Windows viz. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential.
∎ Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 65000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
