Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline; Preferable from Public University;
∎ MBA in HRM with TOT from reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communications, Health and Safety, Training & Development, Training need analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Monthly Training Calendar, Budget & Manage it round the year;
∎ Follow up Training and Preparation of Training schedule & module as per Training Needs Analysis;
∎ Assist in Design & Development of Factories Training & Learning;
∎ Conduct proper TNA and prepare IDP (Individual Development Plan):based on TNA;
∎ Develop a framework for Corporate Counseling and develop capability of welfare and counselors;
∎ Design, develop and implement Competency based training ;
∎ Align training with the organization's goals and foster desired culture of growth, collaboration and innovation through training & learning;
∎ Assess deviations and areas for improvement and report to management/ Corporate office and individual participants;
∎ Monitor the Training and Learning activities of Factories;
∎ Ensure that all Training & Learning functions are effectively evaluated and feedbacks are used to improve the quality of the programs;
∎ Maintain required HRIS;
∎ Assist in Succession Development Activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication, Coordination & Presentation skill.
∎ Sound in Operating Software (PPT & Graphic Design is preferable)
∎ Coaching skill & pleasant personality.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ The applicant must have at least 1 year working experience in the same position.
