Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all quality control and quality assurance procedures well follow in textile operations.
∎ Follow up quality process efficiency.
∎ Check and confirm fabric inspection certificates which pass as per SOP.
∎ Coordinate with related section regarding nonconformity and rejections fabrics for corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Manpower re-arrangement based on daily requirement.
∎ Ensure floor housekeeping, PPE & compliance issues.
∎ Make a succession plan and pick up right/potential subordinate to transpose the experience/education for future leader.
