∎ Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
∎ Strengthening employer branding and promoting a positive workplace culture.
∎ Manage onboarding, ensuring smooth new hire integration.
∎ Administer and optimize payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.
∎ Monitor leave, attendance, and workforce planning.
∎ Ensure seamless offboarding while maintaining compliance.
∎ Develop and implement training & development programs.
∎ Support performance management, including KPIs, appraisals, and succession planning.
∎ Drive employee engagement initiatives for a motivated workforce.Contribute to HR strategy and policy development.
∎ Contribute to HR Strategy and policy development.
