  • Advanced knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is mandatory; experience with ERP systems is a distinct advantage.

  • Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strategic Financial Statement Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of comprehensive Financial Statements (Statement of Financial Position, Profit or Loss, Cash Flows, and Changes in Equity).

  • Executive Advisory & Reporting: Provide high-level daily reports to management, offering data-driven insights on sales trends, financial risks, and strategic decisions to guide long-term business objectives.

  • Revenue & Receivable Oversight: Monitor Accounts Receivable rigorously, managing customer payment follow-ups and analyzing sales data to optimize the organization's cash inflow.

  • Advanced Treasury & Banking: Maintain independent liaison with banks for all financial issues, ensuring seamless reconciliation of bank statements and managing liquidity to meet operational needs.

  • Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Lead VAT return submissions and ensure 100% adherence to all associated statutory works, local tax laws, and financial legislation.

  • Audit & Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal control systems, ensuring all daily vouchers and supporting documents are accurate and audit-ready at all times.

  • Financial Record Integrity: Ensure the timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions within the organizational system, maintaining advanced mastery of Tally and MS Excel for data integrity.

  • External Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary financial point of contact for external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, vendors, and global partners to facilitate smooth business operations.

  • Departmental Synergy & Policy Education: Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors, and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment across all departments.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Forecast yearly budgets for manpower, operational expenses, and capital expenditures, monitoring variances to ensure fiscal discipline.

  • Process Innovation: Conceptualize new approaches for financial efficiency and process improvement, ensuring the finance function supports the company’s vision as a leading tech entity.
