∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Engineering / Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze paddy and rice sample on daily basis for quality, safety and product specification before production.
∎ Evaluate the materials routinely used during production, check work environment and component by running specific test of quality.
∎ Ensure RMPM quality by random sampling and checking.
∎ Ensure finished product quality as per company policy and time to time guidelines.
∎ Communicate with concerned person when problem arises and offer possible solution for any mistake during production.
∎ Supervising RM and Finished Product warehouse and pest control activities.
∎ Preparing on line QC report and communicate with shift miller and Operations Manager as well immediately if there is any non-compliances found.
∎ Develop ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher quality product.
∎ Ensure process control and highest level of plant and personal hygiene & sanitation
∎ Develop and review new specification and procedures for products or process and train staff to them
∎ Supervise online QC supervisor and officer.
∎ Performance and quality checking of competitor’s product.
∎ Develop and establishment of fumigation / spray SOP for Rice and Paddy and others process instruction and test method where needed
∎ Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
∎ Identify root cause analysis of complaint product for further improvement.
∎ Support service on risk management of materials at factory (Slow and non-moving product management, market return product management)
∎ Keep accurate documentation and statistical analysis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Experience in Rice Industry will be an added advantage.
