∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Footwear Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up on Quality Assurance activities with assigned Domestic Outsourcing Suppliers
∎ Follow up on Quality Assurance SOP & process as per Apex guidelines.
∎ Ensure outsourcing supplier's product quality meets Apex standards.
∎ Ensure the Design Lab's approved product standards meet the Quality Assurance Standard Operating Procedure.
∎ Execute three-point Quality Assurance for each SKU in all the allocated factories.
∎ Perform fit tests regularly on all stock keeping Units (SKUs) (other than sample sizes) with factory fit models to ensure proper fitting.
∎ Visit the factories as per the production schedule so as to achieve 100% in three Point Quality Assurance.
∎ Check the Quality Assurance Report and ensure details are recorded properly.
∎ Perform trouble shooting on production issues related to quality.
∎ Provide non-binding technical support as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Highly pro-active.
∎ Result oriented.
∎ Able to travel to outsourcing factories.
