Experience:

• 10 to 20 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor/Honors
• University of Dhaka,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Tannery/Footwear

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Strong leadership and team management capability.

• Sound knowledge of production planning and process control.

• Good understanding of productivity improvement and lean manufacturing concepts.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and production reporting.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities to ensure achievement of production targets.

• Monitor production efficiency, quality standards, line balancing, and manpower utilization.

• Coordinate with Industrial Engineering, Quality, Maintenance/ TPM, Planning, Warehouse, and relevant teams for smooth production flow.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, workplace safety standards, and regulatory obligations.

• Analyze production performance, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

• Maintain production reports, efficiency records, and other operational documentation.

• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Ensure timely shipment completion while maintaining required quality standards.

• Supervise and lead the production team, including 05 Production Floor.

• Monitor production KPI performance such as output, efficiency, quality, and wastage.

• Analyze production bottlenecks and implement process improvements (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).

• Monitor attendance, discipline, and overall workforce management in the production unit.

• Provide training, coaching, and performance development for production teams.

• Communicate with other stakeholders including Chinese stakeholders for production updates.
