Job Context:
∎ The candidate must have sufficient knowledge in Production of Printing, packaging and paper converting product as per target.
∎ Job Location: Ford Nagar, Shingair, Manikgonj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and monitor on time production for shipment.
∎ Monthly, hourly, daily target follow up.
∎ Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style wise, color wise and reconciliation
∎ To effectively work himself to increase the work-productivity and efficiency of the assigned jobs, with all sincerity, responsibilities & accountability
∎ To adhere strictly to the discipline of being punctual in daily attendance, in obeying office discipline, rules and regulations of the Company accordingly.
∎ To prepared right product costing per products.
∎ Required to report to reporting authority (as per job description) for giving an account of the day's work & in case of any incomplete job, the reporting authority may ask to overstay to complete the job & then go.
∎ To attend the morning meeting regularly.
∎ Managing day-to-day operations, maintaining quality and productivity standards, budgeting, and management of department managers.
∎ To lead by improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning, information support and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
∎ To meet / attain customer complain, investigation and solve them by cooperating with marketing department and buyer.
∎ To maintain performance management of all staff, delivery goals and expectations and measuring performance overall.
∎ To keep/maintain SOP for machine spare parts and accessories in good conditions for long lasting.
∎ To maintain good housekeeping and floor cleaning plans. Ensuring adherence to corporate mandates/directives, suggesting and gaining approval of standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation of SOPs & factory safety.
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the superiors
∎ Ensuring all production Related works on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least (05) years' Experience to the reputed wooden Furniture Manufacturing Company.The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Packaging, Production, Operation Management, Quality&Furniture Manufacturing
∎ Candidates shall have the mentality to work extra hours as per requirements.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge over MS Office.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Well qualified & experienced candidate will get more Advantage.
