Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some young, energetic, Intelligent, dedicated competitive and trustworthy Showroom In charge to help us build up our business activities. These position responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction Retail & Corporate responsibilities.
∎ Workplace: Selected Showroom Location
∎ Job Location: Rangpur (priority) & Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Retail & Corporate Sales & Collection
∎ Responsible for achieving the Retail & Corporate sales/Collection target regularly.
∎ Assigning team members works regularly.
∎ Maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half Yearly & Yearly sales report and assist to superior.
∎ Developing relationship with corporate & Retail clients.
∎ Keeping records of all Sales/marketing & Stock related Activities.
∎ Responsible for own team building.
∎ Grooming & Train Sales Team members. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half Yearly & Yearly
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Ability to working hard in difficult situations.
∎ Must be Expertise in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
∎ Expertise about best complain handling smoothly.
∎ Responsible for smooth production follow-up & on time customer product delivery.
∎ Responsible for preparing all necessary reports & submitting to the superior on time.
∎ Finding all showroom, Sales, collection, housekeeping & maintaining related issues & solving by own responsibilities.
∎ Doing motivational work for team in every difficult/crisis moment.
∎ Candidate must be punctual.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Understand Client's need and identify the scope for sales opportunity.
∎ Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationship.
∎ Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision Making Capability.
∎ Solid analytical abilities, good presentation and convincing skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Computer proficiency.
