Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced/Trained person for Digital Marketing & Customer care to join our team.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Dhaka (Mohammadpur), Anywhere Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all the digital marketing campaign as per company need.
∎ Produce the graphic design and production for websites, product graphics, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.
∎ Plan and response all digital marketing efforts, including SEO and SMM marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Boost online advertisement, analysis and Write content for SEO and Social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Create and edit posts, videos and other content.
∎ Facebook /YouTube Live streaming.
∎ Develop and manage digital/online marketing campaigns.
∎ Manage and maintain the organization's website(s).
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts.
∎ Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
∎ Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining proper merchandising of the showroom.
∎ Increasing sales & Relation with Customers.
∎ Making sure that the product are delivered as programmed.
∎ Running Promotion of product. Ensure tidiness of showroom items at all times.
∎ Welcoming clients and communicate with them in an effective manners.
∎ Understanding customer's need clearly & completely and provides information on our product feature, benefit, and application in details
∎ Attending client's requirements, concern and make sure that they are appropriately perused
∎ Effectively motivating the customers for using our product & service
∎ Handling customer complaints and deal this professionally
∎ Attend all incoming call of the customer in a positive tone and manner and pursue them to visit us in person
∎ Conducting routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with digital/ online marketing/ graphic designing course will be preferred
∎ At least 2 year(s) experience to the relevant field.
∎ Well trained candidate may apply.
∎ Skills Required: Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Branding, Business development, Digital Marketing, Market Research, and Tele Marketing & Customer Care
∎ Female experienced candidate will be given preference.
∎ Presentable, Elegant, Lively, Pleasant personality
∎ Fluency both English & Bengali
∎ Should have good computer knowledge over MS Office.
∎ Having good communication skill.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and self-motivated
∎ Ability to work under pressure and extended hour

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
