Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates should have MS in Dairy Science /MSc / BSc in Applied Chemistry /Food Technology/ Microbiology with minimum 2nd class or equivalent CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research on existing product, current consumer markets to increase the quality of products and develop new products concept
∎ Prepare the ISO documentation like SOP, QMS, WI and manual; face internal and external Audit
∎ Develop raw material, product recipe, finished product specifications and nutritional data
∎ Lead the commercialisation of new products and cost reduction to meet gross margin targets
∎ Design the processes of machineries and their specification for making products with a consistent quality
∎ Initiate technical improvements for existing production processes, check performance and quality of competitors
∎ products.
∎ Conduct GMP audit at chilling center, store, sales and distribution points as per schedule
∎ Liaison with regulatory bodies (BSTI & BFSA) for receiving registration and CM license
∎ Compile, check and confirm product specifications, labeling, packaging dimension and material specifications as per regulatory requirements
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other task as and when required by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2-18 (FSSC) internal auditor certificate will be given preference
∎ Should have knowledge in Food Regulation: Food Safety act, BSTI, Packaging Commodity rules 2018
∎ Should have knowledge in Food Safety Standard: Food safety management system: TQM, QMS
∎ Have knowledge on Microsoft office application
∎ Have skill in communication, time management, innovation
∎ Have analytical ability and able to work in a team
∎ Have to work under pressure
