We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Procurement — an energetic, detail-oriented professional with solid experience in Procurement with strong knowledge of Dyes & Chemicals, Machinery & Spare Parts, and Civil Materials.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations
Manage end-to-end procurement of dyes, chemicals, machinery, spare parts, IT, lab equipment, civil materials, and furniture;
Work closely with internal departments (dyeing, production, maintenance, IT, civil, warehouse) to understand specifications and ensure timely delivery;
Ensure uninterrupted supply of approved-quality materials to support production and project activities;
Order Management & Logistics
Issue purchase orders, track shipment schedules, and follow up for on-time delivery;
Coordinate with commercial and logistics teams for import documentation and customs clearance.
Ensure proper receiving, inspection, and documentation with warehouse and stores teams;
Reporting & Process Improvement
Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, cost, and supplier performance;
Support ERP implementation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
