Candidates with strong ERP knowledge and hands-on experience in fabric planning will get preference.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
Good command of MS Office & ERP software.
Responsibilities & Context:
Receive order sheets from merchants for all buyers and process accordingly.
Collect approved swatches with ERP numbers as per fabric booking sheets.
Gather and verify sample information from the Knitting R&D Department.
Check yarn stock and availability; notify reporting authority about shortages.
Perform ERP-related tasks accurately and within deadlines.
Prepare order summaries for internal reference and reporting.
Fix knitting schedules in coordination with production floor and merchandiser, maintaining proper documentation.
Collect finishing reports and fabric samples from the first batch of every order.
Prepare PP (Pre-Production) sheets and obtain approval from the authority.
Follow up on fabric delivery schedules and ensure product quality.
Communicate fabric delivery priorities to the store team and monitor progress.
Collaborate closely with Knitting, Dyeing-Finishing, and Cutting Departments for smooth workflow.
