∎ Must have work experience at operation & service department of transport division in any large manufacturing company.
∎ Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.
∎ Experience working with transport management systems and warehouse management.
∎ Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Transport Management and Maintenance of the group.
∎ Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve efficiency and manage trips for reduce costs.
∎ Ensure the day-to-day tasks such as monitoring and managing daily transportation activities, route planning, scheduling, resource allocation and management, and driver supervision.
∎ Maintain liaison and coordination with BRTA, Local Police, Transport Vendors, Police, Government Agencies, and other parties in relation to smooth operations of Transport departments.
∎ Ensure that the vehicles' TAX Token, Fitness, road permit, etc. are updated and maintain records accordingly, and make necessary arrangements for new vehicle registration.
∎ Keep all existing licenses/Certificates up to date and also obtain new licenses as and when required.
∎ Recruiting deficient drivers, mechanics and helpers with the help of the HR & Admin department.
∎ Attend the accident or other sites and deal with the situation. In case of an accident, reaching the spot within the minimum possible time, liaise with Police and arrange for survey by the concerned Insurance Company and apply for compensation.
∎ Ensure the scheduled checks on the vehicle and spare parts. Initiate periodic inspection plans for the fleet and generate technical reports for individual vehicles.
∎ Monitor and Manage Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS) and Inventory Management Systems.
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics and transportation services.
∎ Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
∎ Create policies or procedures for internal distribution and logistics operations.
∎ Responsible for supplying products to the customer's destination in a timely and cost-effective way while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
∎ Analysis VDRA (Vehicle daily running activity), KMPL, fuel usage, trip analysis, and associate costs.
∎ Analyze detailed logistics cost and execute a cost-effective material movement plan on a consignment basis.
∎ Generates loading advice, Challan, Gate Pass etc.
∎ Prepares party wise delivery report daily (Order, Delivery, Pending etc.)
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of transport maintenance.
∎ Candidate must have to vast knowledge and practiced Experience with Computer Literacy.
∎ Any other related task as assigned by the higher management.
