Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with leadership to define roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
∎ Design and implement programs to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
∎ Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during structural or cultural shifts.
∎ Develop and optimize organizational structures to align with business goals.
∎ Draft, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
∎ Develop procedures and guidelines to support consistent policy implementation.
∎ Ensure effective KPI management for all departments /employees based on Industry best practices
