Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM from any reputed University.
∎ PGD-HRM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Recruitment, Selection & Placement of Staffs, Non-Management Staffs & Workers as per approved Human Resource Planning (HRP).
∎ Ensure HRP Planning, Budget Planning, Office Timing, Attendance of employees.
∎ Maintain transparency & bias free recruitment as per company policy.
∎ Responsible to conduct payroll, generate salary sheet, and give proper guidelines to payroll team for generating monthly salary sheet, bonus & others benefits especially maternity benefit.
∎ Ensure Job Confirmation, Increment Letter, Promotion Letter, Transfer Note, Transfer Letter, Service Letter, Clearance Letter, Job Separation Related Letter etc. of factory Staffs, Non-Management Staffs & Workers.
∎ Follow-up outlet staff's monthly salary, wages, OT allowance, bonus and incentive payment;
∎ Handle and resolve IR related issues and legal issues as per law.
∎ Responsible for reporting to management level.
∎ Coordinating different types of training & Development.
∎ Update and maintain all employee information and records.
∎ Handling disciplinary actions and procedures.
∎ Planning and implementing annual salary increments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be conversant with MS Office package, Internet and E-mail correspondence.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and good command over Mathematics is mandatory

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ 17 days annual leave per year (from 2nd year).
∎ 11 Days festival leave per year.
