∎ Strong knowledge in Bangladesh EPZ Labour Law 2019 and Bangladesh EPZ Labour Rules 2022
∎ Advanced-level user of computer spreadsheet along with other MS office tools.
∎ Excellent writing, typing and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Strategic thinker problem-solving and decision-making ability.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have positive attitude to work the night shift.
∎ Strong knowledge in Bangladesh EPZ Labour Law 2019 and Bangladesh EPZ Labour Rules 2022

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check and a verification of identity before confirming employment of candidate.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-to-date.
∎ Support to care for Disciplinary and regulatory issues as per Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019 & Bangladesh EPZ Labor Rules 2022 and provide support in different disciplinary actions, i.e. warning, termination, dismissal, etc.
∎ Ensure a hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
∎ Prepare different MIS reports as and when required.
∎ Check all kinds of bills as per company policies.
∎ Assist to Employee engagement activities across the organization Coordinate other HR & administrative operational works as per requirement.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
